Support

We provide support for all the products we work with.

Support can be offered in any way that suits you – just pay for the time used. If you prefer an annual or monthly contract, just let us know.

We use a variety of remote access software, happy to use anything that suits you. We find that customer firewalls and download control are the limiting factor.

If possible, download TeamViewer. You won’t need a licence, we’ve taken care of that. If TeamViewer’s not possible, we love the new, free Cloudberry Remote Assistant.
